About

Hi, I'm Jenny.

I've always felt things deeply. Energy, emotion, the subtle currents beneath a room or a relationship. That sensitivity used to feel like a lot to carry. Now I understand it as a gift, and it's become the foundation of my work.

My path started with astrology, which gave me a new lens for understanding myself and permission to stop apologizing for being different. That curiosity grew into an eight-year journey learning to work with intuition, healing, and teaching tools I could offer to others, not just myself.

Over the last 30 years, I've guided people back to themselves. To their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom, the parts that get quieted in everyday life. That's looked like intuitive readings, healing sessions, and holding space for life's biggest moments, including weddings and funerals.

I also know this kind of work can feel intimidating. Being truly seen isn't always comfortable, even when it's exactly what we're longing for. That understanding led me toward traditional counseling training where I earned my Masters in Counseling, and two years of training in equine-assisted coaching, where I found a grounded kind of insight in the presence of horses. Animals reflect us back to ourselves without judgment, and some of the clearest lessons still come through spending time with them. I offer occasional workshops with horses, especially for women reconnecting with their strength and softness.

The truth is, everything I've learned from the horses, my training, my own inner work tends to come back to relationships. Untangling old pain and old patterns, held in body, mind, and energy has changed how I show up with the people I love. I'm still very much in progress, and I wouldn't want it any other way.
If I could offer the world one thing, it would be this: learning to relate to yourself with kindness first. That's where everything else begins. When we treat ourselves with honor, we naturally extend that to others.
